Payment Deadlines

• For cash on delivery (COD): Payment will be made to the delivery company upon receiving the product.
• For credit card payments: Payment will depend on the closing date and contract details of the credit card used. Please contact your credit card company for further details.

Delivery Time

Nickname Studio Apparel does not process shipments on Sundays or public holidays.
We will ship within 7 days after your order is completed. Orders placed on the same day will be shipped the following day. Similarly, we do not respond to email inquiries on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays (including end-of-year and New Year holidays).

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. However, if the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly shipped, we will accept returns or exchanges. In such cases, please contact us with your order number within 7 days of receiving the product. We will then process the return or exchange. If a replacement product is available, we will replace the defective item with a non-defective one, with return and reshipping costs covered by us. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full amount. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 7 days of receiving the product, even if the product remains unopened.

Regarding the color and texture of the products displayed on the website, the color you see on your screen and the actual product color may differ slightly depending on your monitor settings and browser version. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellations

Once an order or sales contract has been made, we do not accept any order cancellations due to customer convenience. Thank you for your understanding.
